Within the file, add the following lines at the end:

@audio - rtprio 95
@audio - memlock unlimited
@audio - nice 10
Save the file and exit the text editor.

To ensure your user has the necessary privileges for pro audio tasks, execute the following command:

sudo usermod -a -G audio $USER

This command adds your user to the audio group, granting access to audio-related resources.

Step 2: Transitioning to Pipewire and Disabling PulseAudio

To further enhance the audio experience, we'll install and configure pipewire. Execute the following command in the terminal:

sudo eopkg install pipewire pipewire-jack pipewire-alsa wireplumber

The command installs the nessesary packages to make the transition to Pipewire. These tools provide advanced audio routing, control options.

Now, execute the following commands:

systemctl --user disable pulseaudio pulseaudio.socket
systemctl --user enable pipewire
systemctl --user enable pipewire-pulse
systemctl --user enable wireplumber
reboot
pactl info

The first command disables PulseAudio and enables Pipewire, ensuring a seamless transition to the superior audio server. The folowing three enable the Pipewire. After rebooting, execute the "pactl info" command to verify that Pipewire is running successfully.

sudo eopkg install qpwgraph
